666 Park Avenue by Gabriella Pierce

What if your mother-in-law turned out to be an evil, cold-blooded witch . . . literally?

Ever since fabulously wealthy Malcolm Doran walked into her life and swept her off her feet, fledgling architect Jane Boyle has been living a fairy tale. When he proposes with a stunning diamond to seal the deal, Jane can't believe her incredible luck and decides to leave her Paris-based job to make a new start with Malcolm in New York.

But when Malcolm introduces Jane to the esteemed Doran clan, one of Manhattan's most feared and revered families, Jane's fairy tale takes a darker turn. Soon everything she thought she knew about the world--and herself--is upended. Now Jane must struggle with newfound magical abilities and the threat of those who will stop at nothing to get them.

We all know someone who jokes that their mother in law is a witch but imagine if this statement became true.

This is the situation that Jane finds herself in after she agrees to marry Malcolm Doran.

Uprooting herself from her life in Paris and moving to New York to be with the love of her life doesn't exactly go the way that Jane had planned.

Not only is orphaned Jane thrust into the life of the New York elite but she is faced with living with the Doran's, who happen to be hiding a magical secret, one that Jane has just discovered she shares.

Faced with her own growing magic and the evil antics of her mother in law, Jane must learn who to trust and how to control her new found abilities.

666 Park Avenue is a fast paced, spell binding read that will have you drawn in from the beginning.
Jane, Dee, Maeve and Harris are instantly likeable characters and Mrs Doran is a character I loved to hate.

Dee was probably one of my favourite characters, I loved the friendship that she and Jane formed, being highly suspiciously of all the Doran's I was happy that Jane had a confidante.

I found this book to have a bit of everything, there was romance, suspense, humour, sex and glamour.

It's glamorous chick lit meets paranormal fantasy in an addictive debut novel by Gabriella Pierce so bring a bit of magic into your life this year with the 666 Park Avenue Series

A spell binding 5/5
