BOOK BREAK Episode 2 TODAY 12:30

After an amazing first episode I'm super excited to watch Book Break today. Sadly I'm at work (with a 13:00 lunch) and won't be able to watch the live stream but thankfully I can watch it on the PanMacMillan YouTube channel when I get home!
Here's what we can expect:

BOOK BREAK - the new online book show series - Episode 2

Log on during your lunch hour for the second of ten monthly shows where author Alexandra Heminsley is joined by F.R.Tallis, Charlotte Mendelson and Emily Gravett for a special on how authors tap into readers’ psyche and share their tips for budding authors...

Broadcast date: Friday 7th March
Broadcast time: 12:30pm

In episode two of BOOK BREAK, anchored by author Alexandra Heminsley (Running Like a Girl), we are joined by three new talented authors…
Frank Tallis is a former clinical psychologist and author of such supernatural thrillers as The Voices and The Sleep Room - he knows exactly how to send a shiver down readers’ spines!
Author of the Man Booker Prize longlisted, Almost English, Charlotte Mendelson likes to play upon strong human emotions to bring about extreme reactions in her characters.

And last but not least is the uniquely talented author and illustrator of the acclaimed Wolves and Little Mouse’s Big Book of Fears, as well as recently released Bear and Hare Go Fishing, Emily Gravett; who will be sharing her tricks for hooking young readers.

We’ll also take a step inside Jeffrey Archer’s Writer’s Room, in his Majorcan home, aptly named Writer’s Block. Nicola Lathey, one of the authors of Small Talk, shares with us some of her top tips for boosting your child's speech and language development through reading. And author Annie Murray will face our quick fire questions.

Follow #bookbreak on Twitter, subscribe to the Pan Macmillan YouTube channel or watch the broadcast right here at 12:30pm on Friday 7th March.

Over the coming series you'll be able to send your questions into the guests, and aspiring authors will get a chance to pitch the panel their unpublished novels and ideas in the Life's a Pitch segment.
